SESD 2024 Climate Survey

To gather staff, parent, and student perceptions of our district's safety, and climate, the South Eastern School District sent the Pennsylvania School Climate Survey to students, staff, and parents/guardians in October of 2024. The PA School Climate Survey results provide the district with necessary perceptual data for future planning.  We continue to review and disaggregate the data and identify strengths and weaknesses.  The District is considering this survey as the baseline data.  The District will create action plans and goals to address any weaknesses indicated by the data and will subsequently administer the same survey during the fall of 2026 as a measure of our progress.  A summary of the data that was presented at the SESD Committee of the Whole Meeting on 12/5/24 can be found in the linked document below.  If you need access to this summary in a different language or format, please email [email protected] for assistance.
